Egg Recipes from PCC Natural Markets

These all look so good I had to share.

Kuku Sabzi looks like an interesting dish and definitely different.  My chives are growing now, but I’ll have to buy some dill and cilantro.  I’ll try to follow the given recipe the first time, but I can’t help wondering how it would be with a little fromage blanc that I made recently in a cheese class using wonderful raw jersey milk.

The Rustic Potato-Creme Fraiche Souffle calls for a head of roasted garlic so that has to be good.

For my next cheese making adventure, I could try making feta and use that in the Seasonal Frittata with leeks, mushrooms and potato.

The final recipe in this group is a Flan.  I’ve made baked custard, but not this exact recipe.
